Corinne Razma, STOTT PILATES® Certified instructor in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, Injuries and Special Populations and Zen • GA® Corinne has been practicing Pilates for sixteen years and teaching nine years. She sought out Pilates years ago because she suffered back and joint pain. After immersing herself in a dedicated three-day a week class schedule, her back and joint pain disappeared within six months. It was this experience that inspired Corinne to become an instructor and guide her clients to reach their full mobility and comfort. She is also passionate about helping clients achieve balanced muscle alignment and a perfect posture. Corinne finds it empowering to help her clients apply the principles to develop a higher awareness of how they move and move with a sense of well being. STOTT PILATES mindfulness and the mind body connection concepts fits well with Corinne's prior experience as a social worker of 13 years. Corinne is a graduate of Loyola University with a social work degree. Corinne, her husband, and three children like to hike, bike, travel and just hang out together. She also enjoys reading and scrapbooking.
