Bookings & cancellations
The current cancellation policy is shown in your member portal at the time of booking. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the class credit.
Memberships
Membership terms — including duration, pause options, renewal, and cancellation — are shown at checkout. Renewals follow the schedule you select.
Safety & liability
All members complete a liability waiver before their intro class. You agree to follow studio safety rules, disclose injuries or conditions, and use equipment only as instructed by a certified instructor.
