Our methodology

Excellence is central to everything we do at Pilates Forever.

That's why we offer top-notch training from leading experts and only use the latest and best Pilates equipment from Balanced Body.

Our specialists provide personalized, one-on-one sessions tailored to your unique needs, body, and goals. As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to join small group sessions where you'll see your strength, ability, and flexibility soar. We believe private and small-group sessions are essential to achieving the best results.

Our approach is rooted in the traditional teachings of Joseph Pilates, combined with modern techniques that will help you develop a level of body confidence and self-awareness you've never experienced before. We are passionate about helping you achieve your goals and making Pilates a positive and transformative experience for you in all areas of your life.

The progression

Private first. Small group next. Forever after.

  • Step one — your private intro

A 55-minute private session lets us assess your posture, learn your goals, and discover what your body actually needs.

  • Step two — a short series

1, 3, or 5 private sessions to build foundational form. We modify around old injuries and lock in safe technique before the group.

  • Step three — small group classes

Small by design, taught by certified instructors who know your name, your form, and what you worked on last week. Reviewers call it ‘almost a private-session feeling.’
